New GUI, needs to rotate.


With the new HP bar system we need a way to rotate the underlying texture.
This means there are two problems that need to be solved.
1) Rotating texture.
2) Texture masking.

Still not sure about texture masking, but we are considering projecting the UI. Lets read on....
